We had the absolute joy of joining the Sea Hags Tasmania crew for their ocean dip on a bright, brisk morning.
A diverse group of fierce women, all showing up, all pushing past their comfort zones, and all embracing the Tassie ocean in every season.
What started with just two “hags” taking the plunge for their health has grown into something much bigger…built on connection, support, personal growth and empowerment. You can feel it the moment you arrive. The air buzzes with positivity and camaraderie, and their motto says it all: never regret a dip.
It’s more than a swimming group. It’s a family. A shared experience. A group of women who are there for each other – through the cold, through life, in and out of the water.
